Kourtney Kardashian may be part of the First Family of Reality TV and the founder of Poosh — with an endless supply of luxe skin-care and beauty products at her disposal 24/7 — but one of her go-to products is surprisingly affordable; It's one you can pick up for less than $12.
Kardashian shared her nighttime skincare routine with Harper's Bazaar for its "Go to Bed with Me" series, and the first product in her lineup is a drugstore classic. "I have combination skin and my skin-care routine is a one, two... seven-step process," Kardashian counts before correcting herself and saying that it's actually eight steps because she keeps her hair pulled back in an Aquis x Poosh Rapid Dry Leopard Print Hair Turban (sadly no longer available).
Once that's secure, she kicks off her routine with Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. "I think there are a lot of different brands out there, and I've tried a bunch," she says. "After a long day of working, filming, running around, it's so nice to just get my makeup off." The micellar cleanser is a gentle way to "pre-cleanse" your skin and remove makeup, dirt, and oil from the skin without stripping it. The Micellar Cleansing Water is available at most drugstores for under $12, so if you want to channel your inner Kourtney, it won't hurt your bank balance too much to try.
After her skin is clean, Kardashian follows with Peach & Lily Hydrating Gel Cleanser to make sure every last bit of makeup and oil is gone. She follows with Caudalie's Instant Detox Mask and saying that if she has time, she'll sometimes alternate three masks on the same night. While her mask dries, she sips a Vital Proteins x Poosh Pink Moon Milk Collagen Latte and applies French Girl Organics Rose Lip Polish.
Kardashian has a pretty streamlined routine with a mix of expensive and affordable products, but she does experiment with new products from time to time. "I get a lot of products sent to me, so I am into trying new products," she says in the video. "If there are any serums that people send that I know are amazing products that aren't good for my skin type, I love to put them on my body."
